Idaho Property Guardian has been managing my property since I decided to rent it out. It was a huge decision and I really needed to feel comfortable with the company I went with. Michael is amazing. When little things go wrong he handles them himself or calls and lets me know exactly what is going on. He is price considerate and always lets me know how we can minimize costs. He even called me a few months ago and let me know the trees were getting out of control and I needed to trim them back for safety. These instances are the very reason I don't even waiver or shop other management companies. I know I am being taken care of, the house is under amazing surveillance and he really cares how happy my tenant is as well. I trust him with the biggest investment I have ever made and am so happy.
